Our 75 people strong Design team are responsible for bringing our customers those unique, standout pieces that we’re known for or adding a twist to those essential wardrobe items.

Unique to us is our own in-house pattern room, which allows our Designers to see their garments come to life.  This also allows our teams to jump on trends quickly, providing our customers with the fashion they want.  Our Kidswear designs are iconic within the kid’s community, allowing Island mini-me’s to experience the fun fashion can bring from an early age and our Men’s & Women’s ranges continue to serve style and leading trends.

Sustainability runs through our business and none more so than through our Product teams – in fact The Kind Society was originally a Kidswear design range that was quickly adopted by the Island as its main message on sustainability.
